About these terms
These terms describe the conditions for using the Verotiq website and engaging our agency services. Please read them before placing an order or agreeing to an engagement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to commit that business.
A paid engagement begins when we agree its scope and commercial terms in writing. Visiting the website, using the calculator, or contacting us does not create a paid service agreement.
Scope and delivery
Our services may include paid advertising, landing pages, conversion tracking, lead workflows, and ongoing optimization. Your proposal or written agreement will identify deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, and any renewal terms.
Changes to scope, additional costs, or new commitments must be agreed before they are incurred. Timelines may depend on timely access, approvals, and information from you. We will communicate material changes affecting delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, necessary access, and timely feedback.
- Ensure you have rights to the materials, accounts, offers, and data you provide.
- Ensure your products, claims, promotions, and data collection comply with applicable law and platform policies.
- Protect account credentials and tell us about unauthorized access affecting the engagement.
You must not use our website or services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity, or attempt to disrupt systems or gain unauthorized access.
Payments and refunds
Fees, currency, applicable taxes, payment dates, and any recurring charges will be set out in your proposal or invoice. Advertising spend and third-party subscriptions are separate from agency fees unless expressly included in writing.
Our Refund Policy gives you seven calendar days from each Verotiq service payment to request a full refund of that service payment. The policy explains how to request a refund and how cancellation works. Mandatory rights and any more generous written refund promise remain available.
Performance and estimates
Marketing outcomes depend on your offer, market conditions, budget, platform decisions, competition, and sales follow-up. We do not guarantee a particular number of leads, bookings, sales, or level of revenue.
Website examples, case studies, and calculator outputs are informational. Estimates are illustrations based on assumptions and are not a promise of future performance or an offer of specific commercial terms.
Ownership and confidentiality
Verotiq and its licensors retain rights in the website and pre-existing methods, templates, and materials. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners. You may browse and share links to the website; other reuse requires permission or a legal right to do so.
You retain ownership of materials you provide and authorize their use as needed to perform the agreed services. Ownership or licensing of commissioned deliverables will be specified in your written agreement.
Each party should protect non-public business information received during an engagement and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is authorized or legally required. Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement.
Third-party services
Advertising platforms, hosting providers, CRMs, and other external services operate under their own terms. Their availability, policies, approvals, and charges can affect an engagement. We cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation or approval of campaigns.
Links to external websites do not imply responsibility for their content or practices. Review their terms before providing information or making payments.
Cancellation
You may cancel under our seven-day Refund Policy. Outside that window, the notice period, outstanding payments, and handover arrangements in your written agreement apply, subject to applicable law.
We may suspend affected work where access is unsafe, an activity is unlawful, or a material contractual obligation is not met. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give an opportunity to resolve it. Cancellation does not remove accrued refund rights or obligations to return client materials and access as agreed.
Responsibility and disputes
We aim to provide accurate website information and deliver services with reasonable care. The website may contain errors or experience interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.
Please first raise service concerns at contact@verotiq.com so we can try to resolve them. Any governing-law or jurisdiction provision for an engagement should be stated in the written agreement and remains subject to mandatory legal rights. These terms do not require you to waive access to a court or regulator.
Updates
The latest website terms are shown here with an updated date. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing purchase. Material changes to an ongoing paid engagement require agreement where required by contract or law.
Your written service agreement controls the specific scope and commercial arrangements. It does not reduce the published seven-day refund promise for a payment already made or override mandatory law. Contact contact@verotiq.com if any documents appear inconsistent.
